Thank you for supporting Rad City Design Co! Each piece is handmade with love, and we’re excited to get it into your hands. Below you’ll find all the details about how and when your order will ship.

Processing Time

All items are made to order or carefully packaged by hand. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During high-demand times (like holidays or product launches), processing may take a bit longer — we appreciate your patience!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping is available within the U.S. at flat rates based on your order total:

• Orders under $100: $6.95 standard shipping

• Orders $100 and up:Free standard shipping

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days via USPS. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.

Expedited Shipping

If you need your order faster, you can select a priority shipping option at checkout. These rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

International Shipping

At this time, we are only shipping within the United States. We hope to offer international options in the future!

Order Issues & Lost Packages

Once your package is handed over to the carrier, Rad City Design Co. is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages. However, we’ll do our best to help if something goes wrong. Please contact us at Radcity.dc@gmail.com with your order number if you need support.
